      3.7    NURSING HISTORY/ ASSESSMENT
      HEALTH PERCEPTION/HEALTH MANAGEMENT PATTERN;
      She has no doubt that the wound will heal  up.  She was however anxious for quick recovery
      NUTRITION
      Patient eats more of carbohydrate than protein before the unset of her current health challenge.  However, her contact with medical professionals has facilitated the taking of balanced diet by the patient
      ELIMINATION
      Patient opens her bowel adequately.
      ACTIVITY/EXERCISE   
      Patient was very active before the unset of illness.  She engaged herself in active and passive exercise such as hand and leg moving exercise
      REST AND SLEEP
      Patient had adequate rest and sleep for 8hours at night
      COMMUNICATION/ SPECIAL SENSES;
      patient communicate with Yoruba language with accent of typical Ilorin woman. All the special sense are functioning well.
      FEELING ABOUT SELF/IMAGE
      She feels well about self and still praying for quick recovery
      FAMILY/ SOCIAL RELATIONSHIP
      She is married into a polygamous family, she has a good relationship with people around her.
      COPING WITH STRESS
      she has good adjustment and can cope well with stress even at her present condition.
      SEXUALITY/ REPRODUCTION
      She is sexually active, she had five children, male and female.
      VALUES AND BELIEF
      She is a muslim and believe in Allah.  She pray five times daily

      She is friendly and accommodating and relate well with people
