This reveals that learning location has great on pupils academic performances; if learning location with regards to availabilities of utility e.g. post office public library ,and public dispensary. When the school is not too close to a busy street or any public place such as factures and railway line so as to prevent the noise that may disturb the school work and for the sake of the pupils safety when going to and from school. However, when all these are being considered it will attract better academic performances.

These reveals that class size influence pupils academic performances .if pupils received their lesson under a conducive small class size with low teacher pupil ratio, this will enhance effective communication with efficient teaching and learning process it will bring about better academic performance.

This reveals that pupil’s academic performance can be excellent if the learning environment is conducive for learning with well-equipped learning facilities, learning location, small class-size and this will enhance better performance in any of their internal and external examination results.
2:9 Appraisal of Reviewed Literature
Some literature related to this study have been critically reviewed and presented in this chapter. In the reviewed, the findings or- various researcher in this area of study were examined some scholars emphasized pupils educational outcome and academic success is greatly influenced by the types of school that they attend, school factors include school structure, school composition and school climate learning experience depending on the institutional environment that sets the parameters of a pupils learning experience.
Depending on the environment, a school can either open or close the doors that leads to academic (performance or achievement)
Furthermore, it is now clear that from the various finding of the either researches and scholars who had worked and wrote in the area that the standard of academic performance of the pupils is not encouraging especially in good condition the class size is not friendly learning location is well suited and teaching aid is average okay. These variables may have great effect on learning outcome of pupil’s.
