      RESULTS
          This chapter presents the demographic information of the respondents that were selected for this study. It presents answers to the research questions raised. The chapter also presents the findings of the findings which are based on the research questions.
      4.1    Demographic Information of Respondents


      Table 4.1 shows that 10 head teachers were selected as sample for this study. 70% of the head teachers were male while the others who constitute 30% were female. The result from this table is an indication that the male head teachers were more than the female ones. Figure 4.1 below further presents the result in a pie chart.
