Table 4.2 shows that 60% of the head teachers had Bachelor of Education Degree while 2% and another 2% had Postgraduate Diploma in Education and Masters of Education respectively. The result revealed that many of the head teachers were holders of Bachelor of Education degree certificates. Figure 4.2 below further presents the result in a pie chart.
