Table 4.3 indicates that 50% of the head teachers had work experience of 16 to 20 years, 10% of them had work experience of 21 to 25 years while the others who constitute 40% had work experience of 26 years and above. Based on this result, it can be said that the sample comprised head teachers with work experience of 16 years and above. Figure 4.3 below further presents the result in a pie chart.
