      5.0    SUMMARY, RECOMMENDATIONS AND CONCLUSION
      5.1    SUMMARY
      This study had enable the appraisal of existing problems as associated with traditional approach to organizational performance of public sector looking at Kwara state polytechnic as its ease study.
            It also take a look at some data provided or gattered basically for reliable conclusion, however, this study had provided some research methodology which examine bureaucracy as a tool for effective performance in public sector and particularly, Kwara state polytechnic being the studied case of this research work.
      In this literature review of this research work, It was made clearly that bureaucracy arise from the size and complexity of modern societies and organization which should be administered by impersonal and national values arriving at maximum attainment of efficient and effective deliverance of an organization.
      The presented data in this research work so emerged from empirical investigation that this study is watershed in its own.
      5.2    RECOMMENDATIONS
      From the foregoing research work, it revealed that there are some lapses in both operational and functional settings of the public sector, where by an act of in efficiency is adversely, take the order of the day which appears to be of no benefit to the objectives and goals of establishing this sector.
      I  Therefore, recommend that the areas where more attentions is needed shall be given more bureaucratization is highly needed in the organizational structure and setting of the public sector at which this just concluded  work looked at Kwara state polytechnic as its case study, so as to relief some unit of extra burden.
      An innovate bureaucracy models should be adopted to allow and ensure initiative efficiency as uplift the organization to meet up with the challenges of millennium.
      Improvement in the bureaucracy system of Kwara state polytechnic should be addressed the adequate personals needed in the system are to be employed where or in the units or sections that are short if staffs.
      5.3      CONCLUSIONS
      Bureaucracy is undoubtedly and immensely important, as a tool for effective performance in the public sector due to its form and nature.
      This  therefore, makes it necessary for public sector to operate bureaucratic system as inevitable ensure to attain efficiency and effectiveness in the sector.
      There are provides and evidences that various type of malpractices and mismanagements of the public sector and a lot of these have been going on and undetected, and even in some cases where more detected, there have been little effort or no response to their rectifications on the part of authority concerned.
      There have necessitate the intensification of the public sectors procedures to enable and ensures that the system permits or educes all these form of lapses to their minimum level.
      There types of malpractices includes falsification of account, defrauding of government purse of contract award, negligence of duties, truancy, embezzlement and corruption e.t.c.
      The establishment of many form of partism of organization to many officers, there by giving supiror.
