1.2 STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM
If
is common thing to walk into an office and find a secretary looking so
worn out and dejected. A closer watch on her will tell you that he\she
loots the presence of him or her boss. This is not because of the
numerous tasks the secretary has to perform in the office rather it is
the aftermath of a stained relationship between her and the boss. When
there is the type of situation, the secretary will not concentrate on
her job. She commits a lot of mistake and her boss will not take it
kindly with he for these mistake. A time she makes mistakes that are too
costly and may put her job on the line. The boss who id not harming it
easy with her because of the kind of leadership style he adopted will to
exhibit his bossy position by taking disciplinary action against the
secretary. The type of situation is not in the best interest of the
organization since it may lead to low productivity and high staff
turnover.
