      4.1    DATA PRESENTATION AND ANALYSIS
          The conduct of the research work is mainly on significance of international buying procedures and documentations towards the success of an organization using Doyin Investment as a case study. Hundred (100) copies of questionnaire were mainly distributed to the staff of Doyin Investment Ilorin and all the hundred (100) copies of the questionnaire were returned back which represent hundred percent (100%) response. 
      SECTION A: PERSONAL DATA


      The above table indicates that 40 (40%) of the total respondents are female, while remaining 60 (60%) of the respondents are male. This indicates that majority of the staff are male.


      From the above table, it shows that 20 (20%) of the respondents are between age of 18-30years, 30 (30%) of the respondents are also between age of 31-40 years and the remaining 30 (30%) of the respondents also fall between the age of 41-50 years and the remaining 20 (20%) are 51-above.
