      DATA ANALYSIS AND RESULTS
      The chapter presents the results, analysis and interpretation of the data collected. The analyses and results were presented based on the research questions raised for the study
      Research Question1: What are the students perception of practical agricultural science


      The item in this aspect of the questionnaire is based on perception of students towards practical agricultural science 25(62.5%) of the male students perceived practical agriculture to be tedious and 31(77.5%) of the female students also perceived the aspect of agriculture same way while15( 37.5%)  of male students and 9(22.5% )of the female students perceived that the aspect of agriculture was not  tedious.
      With regards to the nature of agricultural practical 10( 25%) of male student and 6(15% )of female students  perceived  practical agricultural science as a dirty job, while 30
      ( 75%) of male and 34(85%)  of  female students disagreed that practical agricultural science is a dirty job. In term of influence of agricultural science on national economic development, 34(85%) of  male student and  32( 80%)  of  female disagreed that agricultural science has no influence on nation economic development which is an indication that larger percentage of students perceived that agricultural science has an influence on the national economic development . As regards to item 4, 34( 85% )of male and 37(92.5%)  of female students  perceived practical agricultural science an  interesting part of agricultural science.
