ProjectWaka.com does not demand payment for any materials published on this website. We only accepts free will support and donation from individuals and cooperate bodies who wish to help us cover running cost.
We do not refund donations made to us.
ProjectWaka.com could accept payment as third party unbehalf of registered professional writters [ProjectWaka-Professionals-Earners] if their client choose to make payment through us; in this case, we would bill 5% of the total cost as agency charge.
We have the right to refund clients who make payment to professional writers through us on the basis of unsatisfied delivery if affirmed by our team of viewers but in such instance, only 50% of total payment made would be refunded.
We require 100% payment in occasions where a client choose a writter on our platform - 45% of clients payment is payed to the chosen contract writter as mobilization before commencement of project, projectWaka takes 5% of the total cost billed on project and the remaining 50% is paid to the writter after we confirm satisfactory article / project completion and delivery.
It is your (customer) duty to conclude terms and schedules with your writter before making payment.
